Jason built our processing facility after working two years with the State of Maine in design. At the time there was no place to process rabbits for sale. That is when Jason took his carpenter skills and went to town. The building met the States approval in November of 2009. And so we began ... we upgraded our facility in 2013 with new refrigeration, freezers, and a new ice maker. We keep our shop super clean, compost our scraps, and always willing to let our customers watch!
